Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return any items purchased at Lion and Lily we have a simple returns policy to follow
All returns must be within 14 days from the day the item was received.
Returned items must be in the same unused condition as when they were sent out with all the original tags still attached. Any items which we receive back which are damaged or worn will not be refunded. Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker in tact and untampered.
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds on any sale items.
We do not provide exchanges at this time.
What to do
Send an e-mail to refunds@lionandlily.co.uk stating which item(s) you wish to return to us.
We will provide the returns address via e-mail
Package up your item and send it back to us.
Once we receive your return and are fully satisfied with its condition we will notify you via e-mail
We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item back. We can only return funds back to your original payment method. The time this then takes to show in your account will be dependent on your bank.
*Lion and Lily do not take any responsibility for returns postage or any loss or damage to the products on return back to us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they use a reliable postage service which provides proof of postage and/or requires a signature.
